Below the line agency seeks experienced assistant for top agent. Entertainment industry knowledge, organizational skills, attention to detail and a good memory are essential. Experience in feature film, television and commercial business is important. Duties include: scheduling, deal memos, script coverage, heavy phones and handling multiple facets of a busy office. For consideration, candidates must have at least 6 months to 1 year experience on an agency desk or as a staff assistant.
