DARYL EISENBERG CASTING AND KELVIN PRODUCTIONS

Daryl Eisenberg Casting and Kelvin Productions are seeking New York interns for upcoming projects. Looking for someone eager to work “behind the table” and learn the business. Intern will work both with Daryl Eisenberg Casting and Kelvin Productions.

Ideal candidate: self motivated, highly organized, good Microsoft Office and Google Apps skills, excellent phone manner, able to work independently on tasks, witty. A background in stage management, casting, agency/management offices, or production management is a plus. Must be a self-starter, able to work remotely at times.

Responsibilities include:

Producing: first line of communication between the production team and management, maintain and coordinate multiple production calendars and schedules, managing production office, preparing documents, and maintaining calendar.

Casting: organizing and running auditions and open calls, scheduling appointments, brainstorming and researching, data entry, marketing and copy-writing, and general support to staff.

Seeking both full-time and part-time interns.

Interviewing ASAP. Start Date: early-mid January 2012.
