Summer Intern - Talent Agency

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Dates/Season: Immediate for the Summer
Time/Days Required: 2-3 days per week, 11AM-5PM
Location: Midtown, NYC


We're looking for a part-time, in person intern in our midtown office. The internship is available to start as of May and will go through late August or Early September. Dates are negotiable based on your availability. Ideally this candidate would work 11-5pm MWF or Tues/Thurs. Exact schedule is flexible.

Responsibilities include:
• Updating client and project information in our internal databases
• Updating resumes
• General office maintenance
• Working with programs such as Breakdown Express, Dropbox, and Google Suites.
• Maintaining tracking spreadsheets using Google Docs.
• Maintaining the current project calendar.
• Track weekly Broadway grosses

Qualifications:
• Currently attending an accredited college
• Must be able to receive college credit for internship hours
• Responsible, detail oriented, with excellent organizational skills
• A self-starter with the ability to follow instructions and multitask.
• Proficient with Google Suit and Dropbox.
• Previous experience working with Breakdown Express and Google Suites, and Dropbox is a plus!
• Have a friendly and warm demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• A basic understanding of theatre and strong desire to build a career in the entertainment industry

This internship is a great opportunity to interact with top industry professionals and casting offices, while getting an inside look at the day to day operations of a boutique talent agency.
