This is a Part-Time Unpaid Internship Position for School Credits Only.

Internship Start Date: September 2026
Internship Duration: Fall/Winter Term
Schedule: 2-3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), 10AM - 7PM.
Location: Los Angeles, CA must be in person

Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties and support with ad-hoc tasks.
Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
Perform various internal and external mail/messenger activities (sorting, tracking, delivering, pickup, etc.).
Act as interim coverage for Assistants to provide continual and consistent support to Agents and Executives.
Work with major casting sites and our internal databases to assist with onboarding talents and updating client materials.
General office maintenance

Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail oriented, while still thinking big picture
A self-starter with the ability to follow instructions and multitask.
thrive in a fast-paced environment and can remain calm under pressure
A positive, professional attitude and the ability to take direction well
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficient with Mac, MS Office and Google Suite
A strong desire to build a career in the entertainment industry
Familiarity and previous experience working with top casting directors as well as major casting sites is a plus
Entertainment and talent agency internship experience is a plus

Eligibility:
Currently attending an accredited college
Must be able to receive college credit for internship hours
Must live in Los Angeles and be available to work in office
