Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Venue Manager to oversee all aspects of our entertainment venue, including booking bands, managing production staff, and marketing shows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for live music and entertainment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including booking bands, scheduling production staff, and coordinating with vendors.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote shows and increase ticket sales.
• Manage venue budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
• Maintain relationships with artists, agents, and other industry professionals to facilitate booking and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and venue policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Act as a liaison between artists, production staff, and venue management to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Stay current on industry trends and developments, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in a live music or entertainment venue or Tour Management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with artists, staff, and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Experience in marketing and promotion, with a proven track record of driving ticket sales.
• Knowledge of sound and lighting equipment, stage production, and venue operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Experience as a Tour Manager is highly desirable.
