Talent Coordinator

We are seeking a Talent Coordinator to work on Dance Moms: A New Era Season 2 in Ashburn, VA plus travel on weekends to a dance competition starting on FEBRUARY 10, 2025 through MAY 9, 2025.

The Talent Coordinator will work directly under the Studio Teacher on set. Tasks will include:

Managing girls shooting and school schedule
Coordinating communication between parents, studio teacher and production
Coordinating pick up schedules for the talent
Organizing bathroom breaks and lunch schedules
General assistance for the studio teacher

An ideal candidate will be a hyper-organized, multitasker familiar with the chaotic environment of a film set (though film experience is not necessary) and experience working with kids. Production works 12 hour days though most days will be shorter. You should be proactive and comfortable working in high stress situations and parents who will be asking LOTS of questions. Flexibility, critical thinking skills, an easy going personality and coolness under pressure are a must.

This job will take place near Ashburn VA Monday through Friday before departing to a regional dance competition to places like NJ, PA, NC, MD. Salary is $1,000/week + $50 per diem on travel days.

You will be reporting directly to the Studio Teacher, who is incredibly kind and understanding and will make an excellent boss. This position is ideal for anyone looking for an entry level position into the film/TV and/or childcare industries.
