Guest Relations Event Manager

Damminger Productions (event production agency based in Los Angeles) is in search for a GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER. This person will lead all RSVP and guest list management needs for high profile entertainment and industry events.

This position will manage a group of front of house staff for all onsite and remote events, overseeing staff and guest check-in, coordinating talent ticket needs with associated agencies and handling any issues that arise.

In lead up to all events, this position will provide client with invite and collateral copy as well as manage graphic design needs with agency designer. This person will be responsible for daily updates to clients and managing guest list numbers and allocations between groups.

This position is responsible in creating seating charts and handling guest/talent seating + ticketing of all guests, working closely with client on these needs.

This position will be responsible for liaising with venues to create detailed guest confirmation copy to guests inclusive of any entry and parking details.

In addition to the main roles listed above, this role will be expected to support lead producers on other various event-related duties that may arise including but not limited to:

-Coordinate staff for all areas of event
-Manage staff schedules
-Manage team itineraries and booking travel
-Office errands
-Maintain office inventory and needs
-Venue sourcing

This position will require some late nights and weekend work.
This position will offer partial work from home days.
This position is a salaried position. Full healthcare benefits are provided after 90 days of employment.

Qualified Candidates Requirements:
-Must have a minimum of 4-5 years post-college experience in a related field with strong emphasis on guest list management.

-Must be highly capable of working in a fast paced environment with high level talent and clients.

-Must have strong knowledge of guest list management applications including zkipster

-Must be Computer savvy and proficient in google docs

-Must Live in Los Angeles and have a car with a valid drivers license
