Position: Sales Appointment Setter

Location: Los Angeles Metropolitan Area (Hybrid role with some remote work acceptable)

Role Overview: As the Sales Appointment Setter, you will be at the forefront of CWK Media's lead generation efforts, responsible for initiating and managing the process of securing sales appointments. Your role will involve reaching out to potential leads, nurturing relationships, and scheduling appointments with potential clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring our efforts align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential leads
• Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to schedule appointments
• Clearly communicate the CWK Media messaging to prospects in addition to the company's programs and offers
• Follow up with leads after scheduling appointments to increase show-up rates and scheduled calls
• Build company proposals

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales and training
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the media industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
