Our Santa Monica location is seeking an outstanding production coordinator with the added responsibility of managing our social and online presence.
In addition to supporting the production team with project duties, you'll also be a vital part of the company's online social presence. You will know social media and how to use it as a brand tool and a way to showcase our work, culture and editors. You will be collaborating with all our offices, crafting innovative and exciting social content that highlights our exceptional post-production work.
As production coordinator you are proactive, confident, an organized thinker, and excellent communicator with strong writing skills.
Production Coordinator responsibilities will include:
• Calendars and meetings
• Producer support
• Freelancer bookings, onboarding, timecard tracking and payroll
• Vendor invoicing and PO creation
• Award show submissions
• Client gifting and events
Social Media responsibilities will include:
• Working with all our offices to create, schedule, and execute social content in a timely and creative manner
• Manage content calendar for social postings
• Manage comprehensive PR sheet
• Upload social content
• Innovate new social media content types
Preferred qualifications:
• Creative writing skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously to maintain own workflow and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary/Benefits
$20.00
- 22.00
per hour
This is a full-time position Monday - Friday. Benefits include, health insurance, PTO, paid meals and parking while on site, and a phone stipend.
