Client Service Representative

Seeks an outstanding client services person to add to our existing team. Must be outgoing and confident with exceptional taste. The ideal person will be detail oriented, a genius at multi-tasking, and have a genuine interest in making our clients' experiences truly fantastic. This is an entry-level front of house role ideally suited to someone with a confident and outgoing personality and a love of making people feel welcome and special.

Daily tasks will include (among other things):
Opening the facility and preparing the edit bays for clients each day. Reception, answering phones and administrative duties. Ordering food and preparing snacks. Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.

Client Services is an important role in our company. One of our foremost goals is to provide an environment for our clients which makes them want to come back over and over. We provide them with outstanding service on all levels, business environment/services, amenities, meals, snacks and attitude. Client Services should provide a sanctuary from their hectic day to day.
