About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Finance Analyst to support financial planning and strategic decision-making at a fast-growing, subscription-driven business. This role is ideal for a true collaborator who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and operates with a high degree of ownership. You will work closely with the Head of Strategic Finance across strategic planning, financial modeling, inventory planning and leadership reporting.

What You'll Do
Financial modeling: Maintain and extend driver-based financial models across subscription cohorts, new customer growth, retention, and pricing; lead forecasting across revenue, COGS, and cash flow, linking operational drivers to financial outcomes and proactively flagging variances to plan
Cohort analysis: Maintain cohort performance models (LTV, CAC, churn, retention) across subscription and e-commerce channels; update as new data becomes available to support growth, pricing, and product decisions
Inventory planning: Partner with operations and supply chain on inventory planning
New businesses: Build business cases for new product launches, track performance vs. plan as initiatives scale, and contribute to ad hoc analysis in fast-moving situations
Reporting: Drive day-to-day reporting and dashboards across key metrics (subscription growth, CAC/LTV, gross margin, inventory turns); lead budget vs. actual variance analysis across key P&L lines and translate findings into clear summaries for leadership
Strategy: Help identify and implement improvements to financial and planning processes, reporting, tools, and data infrastructure

What You'll Bring
3–6 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or related field
Experience working with or analyzing subscription, e-commerce, or consumer businesses
Strong financial modeling skills, including experience with cohort modeling and unit economics
Self-starter who operates independently, thinks ahead, and brings intellectual curiosity to ambiguous problems
Excellent communication skills; able to distill complex analyses into clear narratives for stakeholders
Ability to partner effectively within the finance team and across functions
Familiarity with AI tools and an appetite to incorporate them into financial and planning workflows
