What We're Looking For
We're looking for a full-cycle recruiter with 2-4 years of experience, ideally in-house, who can own searches from kickoff through offer and juggle several at once without dropping details. You're a strong sourcer and communicator who builds real relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and you're comfortable creating structure rather than waiting for a process to exist. Above all, you bring a collaborative, low-ego approach and are happy to jump in wherever the team needs you.

What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting from kickoff through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, interview plans, and candidate profiles
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
Review applications, conduct recruiter screens, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth, professional candidate experience
Manage offer development and candidate negotiations in partnership with People Operations
Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics
Maintain job postings and ensure recruiting processes are organized and compliant
Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Partner with People Operations on onboarding and other hiring-related projects

Required:
2 - 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house
Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
A collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to jump in where needed
Preferred:
Experience supporting creative, production, engineering, or consumer products organizations
Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling company
Familiarity with Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Handshake, or similar ATS platforms
