We are seeking a polished, highly organized, hardworking and detail-oriented Chief of Staff to support the Founder and overall organization. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the founder's busy schedule, oversee the execution of personal needs, handle/coordinate travel, and work as a liaison between the founder and team executives, while keeping a holistic view of all the moving pieces of the company. You will be working on a team and must be able to communicate well, juggle multiple tasks at once and understand how to work with different personalities
You will also be responsible for various office management tasks and supporting the Head of People and Culture across as our organization grows.
The ideal candidate has experience handling a wide range of administrative, project management and HR related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have at least three to four (3-4) years of experience supporting high-level executives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in an agency, entertainment or the startup world is preferred. Typical hours are M-F, 10am-7pm, but a proactive 24/7, mentality and go-getter attitude are required for success, as the Founder/CEO of the company is nonstop. Travel will be required occasionally.
A Little About You: -
• You have minimum 3+ years' experience in an Administrative Assistant Experience supporting an Executive in the account, brand, and/or client management space
• You are ambitious and welcome challenges with a ''no task is too small'' attitude
• You are very detailed and extremely organized
• You are described as proactive; a self-motivated/self-starter with a forward-looking approach constantly preparing for what is head and looking for efficiencies
• You work well under deadlines and successfully prioritize workloads
• You are dependable and honest
• You have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion'
• You are upbeat and positive, with a great personality and professional appearance
• You have a strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results

Job Requirements:
- Handles all administrative duties for Founder including but not limited to -
- Managing calendar
- Bi-monthly expenses
- Travel coordination - airfare, lodging, transportation; itineraries, real time updates/maintenance
- Assist the Founder with various organizational duties
- Manage office duties including but not limited to -
- Maintain and keep inventory of office supplies including stationery, plants, equipment, paper, printers, phones, ink, etc.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Mailing
- Office bills
- Errands
- Shopping as needed
- Assistant Founder & Head of People and Culture to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Coordinate with IT on all office equipment support
- Provide general support to visitors/guests (water, etc.)
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Plan in-house or off-site activities for internal company events and celebrations
