Crowd Control Digital is a full-service digital marketing agency with a focus on the music & entertainment industries. We are looking to hire a Paid Media Manager with at least 2 years experience with paid media and account management to add to our rapidly growing team. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting strategies and managing paid media campaigns for our clients across numerous channels, working directly our expanding roster of clients and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TIkTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Spotify Ads, Twitter Ads, programmatic networks and other relevant advertising channels.
• Work with our creative team to generate high-performing ad creatives.
• Conduct comprehensive audience research and utilize demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data to effectively target and segment audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven insights for optimization and improvement.
• Remain up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our clients maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with account managers to communicate campaign progress, challenges, and successes to clients regularly.
• Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and gaps in the market that can be leveraged to enhance campaign performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns for clients in the music, live events, gaming, or cannabis/CBD industries.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other major advertising platforms.
• Experience with programmatic advertising and its implementation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using reporting tools or similar tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and team members.
• A deep understanding of the unique marketing challenges and opportunities within the industries we serve.
• A passion for staying current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and marketing best practices.
• A team player mentality, prepared to collaborate with other departments and contribute to a positive, creative work environment.
