THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing & Communications to oversee Creator Nation's overall marketing, communications, and brand strategy across the organization. This role will lead the social and content team, manage key internal and external media partnerships, and drive the company's brand presence and visibility.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Own marketing and communications for Creator Nation and the companies under the Creator Nation umbrella, including brand, PR, social, content, and events
• Lead the company announcement moments (acquisitions, executive hires, creator signings) from strategy through execution
• Serve as the primary press contact and manage PR agency, media relationships, and executive visibility and thought leadership
• Lead the social and content team: the Social Content Producer (ideates, shoots, and edits) and the Coordinator, Social Content (runs the channels and community), both reporting directly to this role
• Set social and content strategy for company channels and executive social presence and ensure they stay aligned
• Manage the annual marketing budget, sponsorships, and industry event presence
• Travel to events and conferences as needed, including international travel
• Partner with portfolio company leaders on brand consistency and marketing support across the group
• Track coverage, campaign performance, and brand health and report results to leadership
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, including experience managing people
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Experience in entertainment, music, or the creator economy, ideally at a high-growth company
• Strong press and media relationships and a track record of landing tier-one coverage
• Proven ability to lead a small team and manage agencies
• Strong brand, social, and content strategy judgment, including executive social
• Experience managing a marketing budget and sponsorship program
• Excellent writing and executive communication skills

Salary/Benefits
$124,000 - $155,000 /year USD
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
