Are you a creative self-starter looking for professional experience? Interested in making connections in and outside your local cities, but need a flexible schedule with your busy life? Then an internship with Creative Thought Media might be the perfect fit for you.
Creative Thought Media is currently looking for aspiring film, communications, and marketing students interested in gaining experience through promoting the studio's feature film, Love You Right. Students will promote the film in their local colleges and cities for the Spring 2020 semester.
Interns will report to: Shameka ''Moca'' Jones, Associate Producer (NOTE: This is a Remote Internship working from your home city or college campus)
Love You Right is Christina Faith's directorial debut as a feature film writer, director, and producer. This unique R&B Type Musical tells the story of singer/songwriter Will Clay after a series of events causes his successful R&B career to hit rock-bottom. After this, he is forced to come to grips with lessons of loyalty, self-care, and love.
For the Internship, we will be focused on the promotion and marketing of the film before the upcoming Festival and Theatrical release. Interns will be asked to utilize connections with their towns and interact with local press and media partners, assist with digital marketing campaigns to increase visibility online and on social networks, and help reach audiences at the grassroots level.
We're looking for creative self-starters with a passion for movies, music, and unique stories. Interns must have strong organization skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for social media. Interest in event coordinating is preferred.
Film, Marketing, Communications, Art & Design majors are preferred but all majors will be considered.
