How do I hire a Director of Operations/Office Manager? ABOUT THE ROLE: As the first voice of our company, you are responsible for setting the tone for all office business. You answer phones and greet guests, manage IT internally and interface with external IT team, making sure that all IT problems are timely and successfully addressed. You also negotiate vendor relationships, manage company website, maintain and direct scheduling of all office business, conduct brand and business development research as needed, and hire and manage interns when applicable. As an office manager, you oversee all office maintenance and purchase of office supplies as well as personally assist the CEO.
