CAA is seeking an HR Talent Associate for their corporate Human Resources department in Los Angeles. In this role, you will manage the internal temp pool which places internal talent on temporary assignments and evaluates their performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage internal temp pool ensuring coverage is provided for all open assignments.
• Responsible for strategic placement of internal temps on daily and long term assignments.
• Approve temp coverage for a high volume of sick and vacation requests through HRIS system on a daily basis.
• Interface with all levels of employees to obtain feedback on performance during assignments.
• Log and track feedback and assignments; report feedback regularly in meetings to the HR team.
• Assess performance and make recommendations to the recruiting team regarding readiness to interview for opportunities across the agency.
• Gauge resource allocation and make recommendations for staffing needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources; Background in Entertainment/Media preferred.
• Staffing Agency experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Internet savvy; experience with Silkroad ATS or Workday systems is a plus.

• Extremely flexible, proactive, highly organized, and ability to easily shift priorities, multi-task, and handle heavy work flow processing.

• Ability to assess staffing needs and develop creative and effective strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality, strong follow through, and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic, corporate environment.
