CAA's Global Client Strategy team works to source and execute new business, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities on behalf of the agency's clients. Specific categories of such work include:
1. Establishment, capitalization, and growth of content production businesses
2. Establishment, capitalization, and growth of consumer-facing businesses and brands around client areas of interest
3. Enhancement of client endorsement and licensing partnerships to maximize long-term opportunity
Additionally, CAA's Global Client Strategy team works with the Company's leadership to source and execute corporate development opportunities on behalf of the agency. Specific categories of such work include:
1. Partnership and acquisition opportunities to enhance growth for existing CAA departments (e.g., Licensing, Television)
2. Partnership and acquisition opportunities in pursuit of white-space growth areas for the Company
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administrative duties include answering phones, heavy meeting and schedule coordination, preparing expense reports, producing correspondence, and travel coordination
• Special projects including data analysis/grid work, along with deck preparation
• Create presentations for executive meetings and build complete decks that will provide data, insights and designs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 1 year of administrative assistant experience include answering phones, heavy meeting and schedule coordination, preparing expense reports, producing correspondence, and travel coordination
• Must know Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
• Candidate must be able to think strategically through brand identities and creative conceptualization.
• Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities
• Able to think strategically and creatively. Positive, forward-thinking, can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills are a must
• Strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and in particular Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is required
• Bachelor's degree required.
