Accounting - Booking Coordinator
Creative Artists Agency, the world's leading full service entertainment, media, and sports agency is seeking a Booking Coordinator for our Corporate Accounting Department at our Headquarters Los Angeles, 90067.
The position is responsible for reviewing booking drafts, contracts, and works with Agents and Assistants to confirm bookings, working primarily with our Theater and Commercial Departments.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, highly demanding, dynamic, corporate environment
Impeccable integrity and can be trusted to handle and maintain highly confidential information
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong typing skills are a must
Ability to provide excellent customer service to clients and employees
