Position Summary
As a Senior Manager, Data Partnerships you will be directly responsible for establishing, developing, and executing key data partnerships in the industry that will bring meaningful revenue contributions across and extend our reach in the industry.
Role and Responsibilities
You will engage with prospective partners, develop models to qualify the leads, and juggle the many facets of complex deal negotiation
This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization, including leads within our product, sales, operations, platform, & marketing teams to ensure alignment and availability of assets, technical support, and scale to support ad sales initiatives.
Manage existing relationships with 3rd party providers specializing in audience data and other targeting solutions
Deep understanding of Crackle Plus products, offering and best practices to assess data partners that will add value
Publish post campaign analysis with distinct insights and actionable recommendations to cross functional partners in Sales, Operations, and Marketing. Create, maintain, and upkeep a catalog of said analysis with case studies and successes
Work with PR to issue Press Release and work with industry trade groups
Work with top video creative ad servers; TrueX, Brightline & INNOVID
Position, package and merchandise complicated data concepts and ideas in an easy-to-understand format for Sales narratives and stories
Manage partnership deliverables including quarterly business reviews, revenue trend analysis and contributions to product planning sessions
Serve as point of escalation for top tier data partners while relaying challenges and solutions to internal stockholders
Provide thought-leadership in areas around technology and optimal use of wide-ranging solutions around video, display, attribution, ad verification and viewability
Perform industry research and analysis; remain abreast of trends and partner product/segment enhancements, and educate internal teams on the need-to-know with webinars, client support, and training documentation
Collect market feedback from clients, and research, explore, and assess potential data vendors that Crackle Plus can partner with to accommodate client needs
Qualifications and Education Requirements
5 - 8+ years of experience in digital media, preferably in analytics, data-focused and / or advanced ad products role as buyer or seller.
Minimum 2 years of client-facing role, comfortable speaking in front of large groups both internally and externally.
You have experience in Programmatic video executions and workflows. CTV and Linear TV experience is preferred.
You have experience fielding and presenting advertising effectiveness research and/or familiarity with third-party measurement solutions like Millward Brown, Survata, UpWave, Nielsen, and comScore.
Proven track record of forging a strong relationship with partners, understanding their objectives, and recommending best strategies
Ability to understand and interpret customer needs and partner with product and engineering teams to develop solutions
Naturally collaborative, must possess exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (both written and verbal) with a demonstrated ability to work with all levels of leadership
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage complex business contracts
Programmatic mobile/ tablet advertising experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Clear understanding of ad servers (DFA, DFP), 3rd party tags and tracking methodology, programmatic buying between DSPs and SSPs
Monitor ongoing governance and identification legislation so that Crackle Plus may best adapt and prioritize solutions that leverage scalable solutions and are CCPA compliant.

Strong analytic skills to deliver reporting insights
