We are seeking a Coordinator, Program Planning with a passion for entertainment and experience connecting consumers with long-form content in the ever-changing digital landscape.
The position's primary responsibility is to schedule, manage, and promote a large volume of movies, TV shows, and on-net stunts across 30+ platforms and distribution outlets. Qualified applicants are strategic, detail- and process-oriented, proactive, and diplomatic.
Job Description
-Plan, schedule, and ensure implementation of Crackle programming schedules across multiple partner platforms
-Support high volume of content scheduling across multiple platforms
-Track, proof, optimize and manage metadata related to content programming
-Audit all implementations across content platforms as they relate to programming
-Monthly & Quarterly content turnover audit
-Support the scheduling team (Managers) with creating merchandising schedules and tactics for slideshows, playlists, and all other network promotional levers
-Communicate schedules and schedule changes, to Network Operations and other functional groups for implementation
-Liaise with Product, Engineering and IT to evolve UI/UX and backend systems to enhance content exploitation levers, streamline workflows, and support new application/platform launches
-Assist Programming Managers by analyzing performance data to optimize schedules and title performance, as relates to platform viewing patterns, merchandising refreshes, audience retention, title ROI and other KPIs
-Collaborate with Programming Managers on the development and creation of consumer-facing promotional elements and ensure compliance with network brand and SEO guidelines
-Manage logistics for weekly cross functional meetings

Requirements
-Minimum 1-2 years' experience in program planning/scheduling, on-air promotions, broadcast operations, or media planning
-In-depth knowledge of entertainment (must love movies and TV)
-In-depth knowledge of linear and non-linear television programming strategies and services
-Strategic, self-motivated, creative problem-solver who is flexible and can prioritize in a fast- paced environment with multiple, competing deadlines
-Analytical thinker, capable of translating data into actionable insights that support short- and long-term objectives
-Consumer-focused thinker, with an eye for quality assurance and high attention to detail
-Strong leader who shows the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully within the organization
-Familiarity with web publishing platforms and content management systems as well as a working knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Conviva
-High degree of proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
-Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
