We are looking for a full-time, in-house graphics designer to join the team! Must be able to work with minimal supervision and complete projects in a timely manner with provided directives and outcomes. Must have ability to work independently and as a team member.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Experienced and open-minded - through your years of professional (and non-professional) design, you know design like the back of your hand, yet are always open to trying out new types of designs, even if you're not quite familiar with them. You're very open to feedback and are always seeking to improve.
- Passionate and innovative - you love design and your portfolio clearly states it. You've got your own style and are extremely comfortable with it, yet you're always thinking outside the box and eager to learn and try something new.
- Project-focused - you're familiar with working with tight deadlines and understand that when push comes to shove, the project comes first.
- Team-oriented and communicative - you're able to clearly communicate with any department across all levels and would happily assist with any ad hoc design task to push the project forward.
- Avid esports fan - you love esports and want to be part of the community. Bonus points if you're a CLG fan!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead the creation of all CLG visuals to assure it is of top aesthetic quality and on brand. This will include, but is not limited to: social media graphics, video content design, marketing decks, sponsorship decks, event promotions and print-ready assets.
- Design and manage the visuals of the CLG website and store.
- Manage a team of remote part-time designers to ensure graphics needs across all CLG departments are met, including but not limited to Content, Community, Esports, Sponsorships and Events.
- Collaborate across departments to establish a look and feel per project to ensure it is on-brand.
- Assist in ad hoc design projects
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 18+ years of age
- 1+ years professional work experience in design.
- Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to multi-task in tight timeline scenarios
- Digital media focus
- Ability to clearly articulate design and vision to a range of personnel (business development, social media, videographers, etc)
- Ability to improvise, problem solve and troubleshoot on the fly
- Creative and resourceful mindset
- Able to work or will have the ability to work in the United States
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years professional work experience in design with a marketing, branding, or social media agency.
- A strong artistic ability. You are a skilled illustrator that complements your work and gives you more freedom to be creative in your designs.
- Working knowledge of After Effects and InDesign.
- Experience and proficiency with motion graphics.
