CoSA VFX is looking for an outstanding Atlanta-based Production Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience in episodic television or feature films.
Our company is a fast-paced and highly collaborative production environment. Recent projects include Westworld, SwampThing, Pennyworth and Lucifer as well as a full slate of prominent television and film projects
Successful CoSA staff are passionate about providing high-levels of organization and demonstrated ability to understand when to act and when to seek advice. Applicants with strong communication skills, verbal and written, along with a proactive attitude and sense of humor are greatly valued.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing production team assignments, including schedule, priorities, deadlines
Confirming show delivery targets each day with the production and schedule teams Ensuring project deliveries managed by the team go out as scheduled, and that producer/client needs are met
Track client correspondence, assuring communications receive a timely response
Anticipating and divert bottlenecks affecting the Production unit, and manage/coordinate team resources day-to-day Communicating priorities, deadlines and any timeline updates effectively and diplomatically on a regular basis
General office management of growing visual effects studio
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of pipeline workflow in a post-production environment
Strong organizational skills along with high level of attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years' experience in a VFX production coordinator role
Thorough understanding of the VFX production process and tools
Demonstrated organizational skills
Proven experience directing team members with focus on collaboration and team building
Able to use a robust interpersonal skills set to mentor, encourage and motivate
Extensive knowledge of shot-tracking software, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office; familiarity with F-Track a plus.
