Boutique NYC talent agency that represents clients for film, TV, and theatre is seeking assistant to the two agents to start immediately. Duties include taking and giving out audition appointments to clients, preparing submissions on Breakdown Express, answering phones, attending shows and acting showcases, helping find and supervise interns, and general office tasks such as filing and opening mail.

Looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills who is very computer-savvy. These days the job entails a lot of compressing, editing, and uploading video files, so preferably seeking an individual who has some experience with that. A background or some experience in the entertainment industry is helpful. Seeking someone comfortable working mostly in the office but also occasionally remotely. Must be vaccinated.
