Assistant to Production and Development Executive
Job Purpose:
Seeking an Assistant with a minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience in the entertainment industry. This role will will be administrative support to the Production and Development Executive for CORE Media Group in Los Angeles.
• Answer phones, roll calls, manage phone sheets and check voicemail, schedule pitches
• Manage travel arrangements
• Greet consultants, vendors, and any other department visitors
• Create expense reports and submit for payment
• Organization and filing, maintain all informational databases
• Assist with Storage of Tapes and office management
• Other tasks as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 year experience in a TV Production environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent phone demeanor and interpersonal skills
• Superior integrity and ability to work with highly confidential information
• Ability to demonstrate discretion and interact comfortably with high-profile people
• Ability to work proactively and solve problems while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Ability to prioritize, work efficiently, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail
• Ability to interact well with others, and work well alone or in a group setting
• Strong MS Office skills
Eligibility Requirements:
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older.
