Purpose Corbis’ Financial Planning & Analysis team is responsible for managing the company’s financial planning and analysis and modeling financials for internal special projects related to meeting key strategic goals. This position is critical to assessing company performance against plan, managing the annual planning process and working closely with senior and mid management from the budget / actual perspective. This person must be comfortable completing many deliverables within a short timeline.
This position will report to the Director of FP&A, but will have frequent direct contact with the CFO and other executives of Corbis.
Responsibilities:
• Compile monthly and quarterly comparative financial reports, including consolidation of financial statements.
• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.
• Reengineer overall FP&A process to increase efficiency, agility, and accuracy.
• Lead implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Analyze results and prepare regular forecast for review with the executive leadership team
• Manage Key Performance Indicator(KPI) reporting process
• Participate in the development of the long range planning process
• Prepare pro forma financial statements for multiple scenarios and sensitivities
• Serve as financial subject matter expert for cross-functional project teams in support of strategic business decisions and special projects
• Conduct industry research and competitor analysis
Qualifications Required:
• • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant business discipline. MBA a plus
• 5 years progressive experience in working with consolidated financial statements and planning
• Experience developing FP&A processes and policies
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Expert ability to create executive-level presentations
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus. Experience implementing Dynamics a large plus.
• Ability to create and communicate fact based analysis to support business decisions. Strong written presentation skills
• Strong customer service ethic
• Outstanding attention to detail
