Essential Job Function
• Outreach to OTT and digital series productions/producers/distributors on behalf of Corbis brands. Share brand goals, production information, and usage guidelines. Work with department heads to proactively secure on-screen brand integration for clients.
• Field inquiries and pitches from producers, digital influencers, and network sales teams. Apply brand filters to identify viable properties and appropriate opportunities. Share opportunities with client engagement teams.
• Build and maintain relationships in digital/OTT production community. Be a positive ambassador for Corbis and our clients both internally and on set.
• Track OTT and digital and properties in internal database. Ensure production contacts and information are current and accurate.
• Maintain working knowledge of OTT and digital entertainment landscape including networks, key content producers, and emerging technologies.
• Support Sr. Production Manager, Digital in day-to-day requests and activities.
• Assist production team in developing placement strategies for roster of Corbis clients.
• Assist BEN sales and brand engagement teams in responding to Requests for Proposal and new business inquiries.
• Maintain ongoing education and understanding of Corbis clients’ program goals and initiatives; contribute and participate in activation of placement programs.
• Participate and represent Production team at Corbis functions and requested client-sponsored events.
• Participate in all requested company meetings.
• Contribute to special projects as requested.
Skills, Education and Experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience in an agency environment
• Marketing, brand, and entertainment experience preferred
• Experience in digital a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong computer skills, especially using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage complex and multiple assignments
• Has understanding of marketing and branding principles and applies them to client’s business
• Ability to assist others to resolve problems quickly and productively
• Is always professional in representing the client with clients, prospects, other employees, and in the business community. Maintains composure and productivity under pressure; integrates values into internal and external dealings
