Purpose:
To assist the production team in daily pitches, placement and integration efforts on behalf of our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting team with product delivery to film and television sets and studio contacts. Ability to travel locally for set visits or other projects as assigned (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Production outreach: calling prospective production clients, contacting shows and films in development for production schedules and crew lists, and following up with shows for returns on product once wrapped
• Coordinate and file clearances, non-disclosure agreements, signed contracts and other pertinent confidential documents
• Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the businesses to define business requirements and outline project plans
• Participate in professional development activities and group development activities as part of the Intern Program
Contacts
This position has a high degree of daily contact with all levels of employees within the company as well as vendors and content providers.
Required Skills:
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Filemaker Pro experience a plus but not required
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills utilizing available resources
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be self-motivated, hardworking, analytical and proactive
• Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels within the organization and be able to articulate ideas and build consensus
