This is a Full Time Job
Seeking a full-time SALES COORDINATOR to work closely with the lead talent agents at Content Chemics, a talent representation and management firm providing sales and representation for A-List commercial advertising production and post-production companies and their talent; including award-winning directors, editors and composers.
This position offers the opportunity for advancement to Associate Sales Representative for qualified candidates.
This position requires a hybrid of in-office and remote work.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assistant in the planning, coordination and scheduling of meetings, presentations, travel and social events
• Plan, prepare and layout sales presentations
• Manage social media, online presence and distributions
• Conduct industry-specific research
• Continuously update and develop database
• Generate and distribute routine sales reports
Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in Advertising / Entertainment / Feature Film
• Photoshop proficient
• Google Slides / Adobe InDesign / Keynote proficient
• Excellent communication and organization
• Resourceful, independent self-starter
• Proven history working with sensitive and confidential information
• Passionate about filmmaking, directors and entertainment a plus
• Experience with Canva a plus
• Experience with Webflow a plus
• Experience with a CRM / Daylite a plus
