This is a Full Time Job
Seeking a Senior Lead Publicist for a hybrid supervisory role that blends hands-on client account management, team leadership, administrative duties, and new business development. This position is ideal for someone who loves talent PR but wants a healthier work-life balance-someone who can lead campaigns while supervising junior staff and contributing to the growth of our lifestyle division. Experience in lifestyle PR (including literary, wellness, or brand PR) is required. The ideal candidate is interested in the conscious or wellness industries.
The Senior Lead Publicist will report directly to the CEO, manage day-to-day client accounts, drive strategic campaigns, secure media opportunities across entertainment and lifestyle outlets, and cultivate strong industry relationships. Additional responsibilities include networking and supporting new business initiatives.
The ideal candidate is experienced, resourceful, and highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills. They must be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the team and tracking their work in internal databases with detailed notes.
A minimum of five years of entertainment PR experience and a four-year college degree are required.
Because this role supports and elevates both the talent and lifestyle divisions, the ability to manage responsibilities across both verticals is essential. While primarily remote, the position requires regular in-person support in Los Angeles and surrounding areas-including evenings and weekends, for press events, client appearances, photo shoots, and other PR-related activities.

Lead and track pitching efforts, including media outreach and reporting

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple communication channels (Slack, phone, Zoom, etc.)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain composed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under deadlines
Professional appearance; motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Creative multitasker who can communicate challenges, meet deadlines, and manage several projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked
