We are seeking a skilled social media manager / and viral video content creator with a keen understanding of Instagram, TikTok & YouTube Shorts platforms. Applicants should be familiar with algorithms for each platform and be knowledgable on how best to engage and grow our unique audience. We are seeking someone who is passionate about art, pop-culture, and making a meaningful difference at the cross section of entertainment and mental health. We are looking for a candidate who believes in our mission and is excited to grow with the company!

Job Details:

Post once per day to IG Reelz, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts accounts.

Engage with likeminded audiences on social media.

Must be interested in pop-culture, mental health, self development and the field of music, please do not apply if you do not have an affinity for these topics

Review new episodes of podcast and identify key / impactful moments within each interview, chop them up into short, 20-40 second digestible, captivating pieces of content to post.

Bring fresh ideas to the team with new ways to increase our reach and impact.

On this podcast we interview both established and upcoming artists, entrepreneurs, athletes and individuals from all walks of life with riveting life stories, to discuss the twists and turns of life in a REAL way, good/bad/ugly, to inspire those who are also on similar paths or having similar experiences. We hope these stories keep others inspired and feeling more connected to forge ahead as we grow through adversity to become even better versions of ourselves. The founder of the podcast is a former music industry executive (Interscope, Warner Music & The Tonight Show) Samson Shulman, before creating an artist development / management company, 5AM Collective based in Los Angeles.
