Search for Digital Producer jobs in Los Angeles-CA
Looking for digital producer candidates to fill roles across several celebrity-driven lifestyle/vlog channels. Primarily, we are looking for folks who can be a creative producing partner on these shows, but who are also capable of basic shooting/editing. We are not looking for editors with no experience producing or directing talent. Production will be a mix of on-the-go shooting 1:1 with talent to capture everyday moments in their lives, and shoots with a small crew for episodes that require multiple camera setups.
In pre-production, you'd work closely with talent to craft episode creative and make sure we have all materials needed for the shoots. These are female-driven lifestyle shows, so you should be passionate and well-versed in the worlds of fashion, beauty, cooking, DIY, etc. You will be expected to come to the table with creative ideas in these verticals that are in line with what is trending/popular online, so it is key that you are personally invested in this type of content.
In post, you will craft a polished story stringout. Staff editors can assist with final tweaking or any complicated graphics/animations that may be required or desired, but you should be capable of doing most of the heavy storytelling lift.
All shooting adheres to Covid-Safety protocols, including testing, masks, social distancing and full sanitization. All pre-production and post-production will be done remotely.
While there are production/social media/data/post teams that will be assisting you, you will fully own your show and have your fingers in everything. This includes production/creative, but also fan engagement and growth strategy. This is not an entry level position, so you should have at least 2-3 years of experience in this space, and prior experience working with talent.
