This is a Part Time Job
We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Research & Writing Assistant to support our writing team on a film project.,The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, a strong communicator, and comfortable juggling both creative and administrative tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research to support script development.
Organize and present findings in clear, professional documents
Provide script coverage and creative feedback
Perform general office duties, including:
Answering phones
email savvy
Scheduling meetings
Maintaining and organizing digital files
Assist with light newsletter and social media tasks (Mailchimp, etc.)
Qualifications must have references and meet thiese qualifications
Fast, accurate typing
Proficiency in:
Mac OS
Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
Final Draft and/or Fade In
Adobe Creative Cloud (basic to intermediate)
Mailchimp, Dropbox, Zoom, and all social media platforms Canva
Excellent writing, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. This is a must.
Prior experience in a film/TV or creative office strongly preferred
Professional references required
Additional Information
Location: On-site - Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Part-time (Monday-Friday), with potential to grow into full-time based on performance and being able to do the skills listed.
