Winter Intern - Film Production

We are seeking a Director's Intern based in Los Angeles to work in person alongside an established and highly respected director in the film industry. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the real-world directing and filmmaking process, from development and pre-production through on-set support.

This role is ideal for someone serious about pursuing a career in directing or film production and looking for direct mentorship and professional industry experience.

Responsibilities
• Assist the Director with daily creative and production tasks
• Support pre-production activities including script coverage, shot lists, and research
• Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and creative materials
• Participate in creative brainstorming and development sessions
• Assist on set during shoots and in production meetings
• Organize treatments, visual references, and project files
• Provide general administrative and production support as needed

Qualifications
• Strong interest in film directing, production, or storytelling
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a film, media, or related program (preferred but not required)
• Basic understanding of filmmaking and production workflows
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional creative environment
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Must be Los Angeles-based and available for in-person work
• Familiarity with industry tools (Google Workspace, Final Draft, etc.) is a plus
