The Broadcast/Video team for an advertising company in Pasadena is looking for a VP of Production starting in October and it will last for 5 months. Position will oversee the day to day operations of the department. Lots of growth for the company so this a great opportunity for someone who wants to explore other positions in the company after this position ends.
Job responsibilities include:
-Manage the day to day operations of all staff
-Help create budgets, deliverables, and schedule
-Help with freelance recruiting of editors, AE's, producers, graphics and CG team
-Ensure the right resources, people, policies, and procedures are in place in order to successfully operate and deliver projects
Must have:
-Great communication skills (this is a client facing position)
-10+ years experience in the advertising industry in production (preferably with entertainment clients)
-Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment and be able to make decisions on the fly
-Evening and weekend work may be required
Casual and fun work environment.
