For Immediate Hire: Full-Time VO & Theatre Talent Agent

Join our boutique Agency office located in River North. Primarily, you would be working in both the voiceover and theatre fields helping tp build the roster, cast projects, and communicate with existing talent.

Responsibilities include:
• Scouting for new talent
• Generating client submissions, updating and preparing client materials
• Preparing important documents (contracts, deal memos, invoices, etc.)
• Working with NDAs using discretion
• Drafting client submissions
• Communicating effectively through emails and phone solicitations

Desired Qualifications:
• At least two years of field-related ezperience
• Ability to understand rates and negotiate accordingly
• Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to recognize potential and true talent
• Organized, with excellent interpersonal/effective written & verbal communication
• Sensitivity toward topics such as body image, disabilities, gender, etc.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, good at prioritizing, and solution/results-driven
• Team Player
• Familiarity with MS Office/Mac and inEntertainment as well as Breakdown Services and Casting Networks a plus
