Title: Deliverables Assist
Job Description: The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets and have extensive experience in:
• Encode, transcode and export operations from various non-linear edit (NLE) and hardware systems?• Strong Avid Media Composer skills and knowledge of both in a working post environment ranging from SD through 4k
• Knowledge of deliverables encoding file-based edit systems
• Standards conversion with NLE, Hardware and Software solutions (Teranex, Alchemist XF, etc)?• DCP creation and validation.?• Experience with and specification knowledge of Netflix workflows a plus.
• Knowledge of VTRs helpful (HDcamSR, Digibetacam, HDcam)
• Strong knowledge of routing systems, patch panel configurations, hardware based limiters, encode/decode hardware, rasterizers and other devices inherent in a professional post environment
Prerequisites:
• Strong attention to detail• Strong signal flow knowledge• Strong written and verbal skills• Microsoft Excel and Word experience• Understanding and use of Video Scopes, Rasterizers, DK metering and ability to cull required data• Easy DCP - IMF Exports
