VFX Coordinator

Emmy Award-winning animation company is seeking a VFX Coordinator for a stop-motion series. This position will support the VFX Supervisor and in-house VFX team, and interface with external vendors.

Responsibilities:
-Manage shot deliveries to and from external vendors
-Coordinate with editorial on retimes, conforms, and deliveries
-Assist with tracking QC and network notes
-Compositing with After Effects
-Provide on-set VFX guidance when VFX Supervisor is unavailable
-Assist with bidding out shots to external vendors

Qualifications:
-Degree in film, art, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Must have experience compositing with After Effects
-Experience working in VFX in stop-motion preferred but not required
-Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
-Experience working with Shotgrid/Shotgun preferred but not required
-Working knowledge or experience of Avid and/or Premiere preferred but not required
-Must be proficient in Windows
