We are an Entertainment Marketing company that specializes in Creative Marketing Content and Post-Production Finishing. We are looking for a Vault/Digital Asset Manager to join our team. We are a collaborative and hard-working group that is dedicated to creating and finishing high quality digital content that is exciting and immersive across multiple platforms. This is a position that requires strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage all Digital Assets on our Production servers and Physical Tape/Drive Assets in our vault.
• Correspond with our internal post-supervisors about all incoming and outgoing digital assets, drives, or tapes.
• Make sure all digital and physical assets are received and delivered securely according to our security procedures and policies.
• Log the metadata of all incoming and outgoing digital files into our Digital Asset Management System.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date logs of LTO Tape Archives.
• Setup redundant or old unneeded assets for recycling or destruction.
• Make sure vault is organized and physical asset inventory lists are current.
• Correspond with outside clients about the deliveries of drives and Digital transfers (Aspera).
• Some administrative duties may be required like filing documents, copying, archiving, and setting up deliveries.
• Physical labor may be required with our physical assets in the vault. (up to 25 lbs)
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Must have 2 - 4 years of experience working in A/V post-production environment.
• Working Knowledge of Xytech or Digital Asset Management Software.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and FileMaker Pro.
• Experience working with many different types of data and video files.
• Ability to multi-task in a high pressure, fast-paced post-production environment.
• Must have a professional attitude and the ability to work cooperatively with co-workers.
• Strong organization and communication skills with attention to detail.
