Full service LA based Talent Agency is seeking a sharp and ambitious Agent for its Unscripted division. Ideal candidates should have experience as an Agent or Manager. Publicity, Business/Legal Affairs, Advertising or on-set Unscripted experience will also be considered. Must possess superior organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, resourceful, a team player, tech savvy and be able to shift priorities in response to an extremely fast paced corner of the industry. Essential daily duties include but not limited to direct management of clients and projects; including negotiating with unscripted producers and creatives/executives. An assertive sense for sales and a caring and attentive management style are equally required.
