TV/Film Agent

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a seasoned professional who brings both industry expertise and genuine passion for artist representation. The ideal candidate will have:

*A proven track record working as a Talent Agent or Talent Manager (minimum 1-2 years required; select junior/assistant-level talent with relevant experience will also be considered).
*Deep familiarity with Breakdowns, pitching strategy, SAG-AFTRA rules, and contract negotiations.
*Established, positive relationships with key casting directors in TV and Film.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to pitch aggressively and thoughtfully.
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a competitive roster with care and efficiency.
*A proactive, collaborative, and self-driven work ethic.
