WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a seasoned professional who brings both industry expertise and genuine passion for artist representation. The ideal candidate will have:
*A proven track record working as a Talent Agent or Talent Manager (minimum 1-2 years required; select junior/assistant-level talent with relevant experience will also be considered).
*Deep familiarity with Breakdowns, pitching strategy, SAG-AFTRA rules, and contract negotiations.
*Established, positive relationships with key casting directors in TV and Film.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to pitch aggressively and thoughtfully.
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a competitive roster with care and efficiency.
*A proactive, collaborative, and self-driven work ethic.

An established bi-coastal boutique talent agency is seeking an accomplished Theatrical (TV/Film) Agent to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly respected department, work with a strong existing roster, and contribute to the continued expansion of our footprint in Los Angeles, New York, the Southeast, Chicago, and additional emerging markets.
