Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a TV/Film agent, with a proven record of success
• Established network of casting, production, and industry contacts
• Strong understanding of the television and film landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with casting directors, producers, and studios
• Actively pursue and secure television and film opportunities for talent
• Provide strategic career guidance to talent across regional and national markets
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize opportunities for the agency’s roster
