Beverly Hills based talent agency is seeking a TV & Film Assistant for its Agent Training Program. You will learn all aspects of the agency business in a fast paced environment with very strong growth potential.
Duties include:
-Assisting agents with all aspects of the agency business
-Scheduling auditions/callbacks/bookings
-Phone reception and assisting in phone calls to vendors and clients
-Preparing and distributing audition packages for actor submissions
-Tracking clients
-Rolling calls, scheduling appointments, filing, faxing, and other general office duties
-Additional duties as assigned depending on experience level
Job Requirements:
-Strong communication skills
-Be resourceful
-Ability to multi-task
-Highly motivated to pursue a career in the entertainment industry
-Comfortable using MS Office
Ideal Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree
-Previous talent agency or management company experience
-Understanding of Breakdowns, InEntertainment, La Casting, and other industry tools.
