Act as the show advocate(PM) responsible for the end-to-end project management of titles from greenlight through post launch reconciliation for high profile Original titles.
Build key relationships and trust with recurring show production units
The role will be responsible ensuring that all necessary assets are delivered on time communication risks and working to mitigate issues with delivery. Including but not limited to: FAQ, Scripts, Screeners, Trailers, Key Art, Final Show.
You will need to partner with programming and marketing team leads to host deliverable and timeline planning meeting with show team.
Update and maintain production calendar that accounts for internal teams needs.
Host meetings and distribute information related show postmortem after each show wraps.
Manage communication and process with finance related to final show payments and invoices.
