Bi-coastal Talent Agency is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist in the New York Theatrical Department.
This is an entry-level position, which requires a willingness to learn and has potential for growth.
Interpersonal skills, the ability to roll with the punches, strong phone skills, and a working knowledge of media, are invaluable for this position.
We are looking for a candidate that would be willing to be available for occasional after hours work resulting in overtime opportunities.
-BA/BS degree preferred but not required
-Previous entertainment industry experience (agency, casting, management, etc.) is preferred but not required
-Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
-Leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team
-Proficient with MAC, Microsoft Suite and Google
-A solid, committed, hard-working ethic and ability to stay calm in the fray
-Knowledge of In-Entertainment, Breakdown Services and Sides Express is a big plus
