Talent Payment Coordinator
Boutique talent agency seeks a FULL-TIME talent payment coordinator. Candidate must have prior experience in accounting/bookkeeping. Knowledge of SAG/AFTRA theatrical contracts and residuals is must. Must be detail oriented, have good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment. Salary based upon experience.
Responsibilities:
- Check processing
- High volume data entry
- Communication with vendors and business clients
- Prepare invoices
- Collect on over-due accounts
- Handle client direct deposit
Requirements:
• Background in accounting and/or bookkeeping
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong Mac skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
-MUST have good knowledge of SAG AFTRA theatrical contracts.
