Established boutique Talent Agency is looking for a sharp, ambitious, and dynamic Theatre Agent to join our small but mighty
team. Ideal candidates should possess excellent organization and communication skills, be detail-oriented, resourceful, have
the ability to multi-task and shift priorities in response to varying demands
Essential Duties:
Schedule auditions, callbacks, bookings, and appointments
Correspond with talent, casting directors & managers
Create necessary documents, organize and maintain digital filing system
Multi-task, manage time efficiently, and shift priorities quickly
Attend shows our actors are performing in
Assist when needed for commercial bookings
Required Skills:
Super comfortable on phone talking with wide range of people
Reliable, responsible, diligent, and punctual
Strong interpersonal skills; outgoing and compassionate
Open to advocating for all types of identities
Extremely detail-oriented and organized; takes pride in work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy; Proficient computer knowledge within MAC
Previous experience in casting, production, talent agency, or talent management preferred
Knowledge of Casting Networks & Breakdown Express preferred
Bachelor's degree required
and comfort with online research
Must be graceful under the pressure of deadlines and be willing to work outside of the typical 9-5 structure.
This person will report directly to the CEO & Business Manager and must be comfortable as a team player.
