Prominent bi-coastal film, television, and theater production company is seeking a Theater Assistant for the Executive.
Ideal candidate will be intelligent, driven, organized, and thick-skinned. The ability to multi-task under extreme pressure is a must. This is not an entry-level position. Experience handling large volumes of calls and knowing how to roll calls is a must. Experience organizing large amounts of paperwork and attention to detail is a must. Extensive knowledge of the NYC Theater scene as well as experience within the theater industry is preferred.
Candidate must have a year of experience as an assistant or coordinator, preferably in a theatrical setting.

Job Requirements
To be considered you must have minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Must know standard industry phone and scheduling etiquette, have expansive knowledge of Broadway theater and be very familiar with the film/TV industry power-players including writers, directors, talent and agents. BA in Theater/Drama preferred.
