The Role
We're seeking a Technical Producer / Project Manager who understands both the user experience and the technical execution needed to bring a digital platform to life. You will report directly to the COO/CMO while playing a key role in coordinating the CTO's execution of the product roadmap by managing communication, aligning teams, and ensuring UI/UX decisions are accurately translated into development.

Key Responsibilities (all reporting to COO/CMO)
Serve as the liaison between the CTO, COO/CMO, and Founder
Manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops related to product development
Provide feedback on UI/UX decisions based on user needs and platform goals
Document key product updates and translate technical language into team-friendly summaries
Keep internal teams informed of product changes and progress

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a technical producer, product coordinator, or digital project manager
Understands Metaverse and Landgrabs
Strong familiarity with UI/UX tools, especially Figma
Ability to speak both ''creative'' and ''developer''
Proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of ownership
Bonus if you have experience in Web3, creator platforms, or media startups
Knowledge of Unity, Blockchain/Smart Contracts, and APIs
